Developer instance "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes."

Hi all, I'm trying to log onto my PDI through the Developer Portal and instantly greeted with "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." If I try to refresh the instance, it thinks about it for 20-30 seconds and comes back saying the same thing.

*Please do not suggest releasing the instance - this does not solve my issue*

If I try to access it by URL I get the statement "Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.
If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone.
" The contact center doesn't have information that I haven't already tried, and the link for support via phone is broken.

Does anyone know a workaround for this? I have content on my PDI that I need access to, so releasing it and getting a new one wouldn't solve my issue. Thanks in advance!

Hi Martin, i have been facing the same issue with two instances i use, since yesterday.

Both instances can't be down at the same time. Have you been able to reclaim yours.

Thanks.

Hi there, I wasn't attempting to reclaim my instance because I needed the data on it. I was lucky by all accounts - waited one full working day and it was fine. Offline at 08:00, back online at 18:00. Check again today and let us know if it's back online!

Hi @abhisnow020

The developer instance is under maintenance now and you can request Servicenow to notify you when your instance is available.

Please check similar thread: https://www.servicenow.com/community/app-engine-forum/unable-to-wake-instance/m-p/3146990#M6566
