@Arvind Maurya Unfortunately, there is not support available for the personal development instance (PDI) from ServiceNow's side. I recommend you to login to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and see if you can wake up your instance. If it doesn't wake up then you can decide to wait for couple of hours to see if the issue resolves on its own, if not then you can choose to release the instance and opt for a fresh PDI instance.

Hi @Arvind Maurya ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. It is not uncommon that there can come some service interruption for some period of time. So based on the information that you have provided, I would recommend to wait until it is back online. If it doesn't come back online or if you get tired of waiting, your only solution is to release your PDI and request a fresh installation.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try accessing other websites to confirm this.
2. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, the browser cache can cause issues with loading certain websites. Clear your browser cache and try accessing the instance again.
3. Try a different browser: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing the instance from a different browser.
4. Check the instance status: ServiceNow provides a portal where you can check the status of your instance. Visit the ServiceNow Trust website (https://trust.servicenow.com/) and enter your instance name to check its status.
5. Contact ServiceNow Support: If none of the above steps work, it's possible that there's an issue with the instance itself. Contact ServiceNow Support for further assistance. You can do this through the HI Service Portal (https://hi.service-now.com/).
6. Wait: Sometimes, instances can go offline for maintenance or due to other issues on ServiceNow's end. If this is the case, you may just need to wait until the instance is back online.
Remember, developer instances are provided by ServiceNow for free for learning and development purposes and they do not have the same uptime guarantees as production instances.

If it take more time, better to release the instance and take a new one. There is no support available for PDI's.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
