Hello all,
My PDI dev107795 got discarded on January 5th by the support as it had technical issues (login was not possible, it was never hibernating, did not respond to any password reset etc.)
Then I requested new PDI via the Developer portal as usual. It got generated etc... following issues appeared:
- Start building button on the Developer portal and on the drop down besides your profile take me still to the old instance, even when label shows the new PDI ID.
- Manage instance password shows correct data for new dev203097
- Instance history still shows upgrade events of old instance.
- My instance menu still seems to be referring to constantly online old instance, hence I have no option to wake up the new instance.
Bottom line is, parts of Developer portal functionalities point still to the old PDI.
Solved! Go to Solution.

So this "worked":
I have let the new PDI, that was not linked to the Developers page to "time out" and be reclaimed. Waited 2-3 days and then requested fresh PDI. This allowed probably the Developers portal to register that a PDI was reclaimed, and switch to "no PDI" linked to profile. Then requesting new one worked as it should...

Hi there,
Unfortunately there is no support on PDIs. So don't expect any progress on this. For sure we all as random community members can't help you.
Kind regards,

Releasing and requesting NEW PDI did not help as well... well the issue is not with PDI itself but with the Developer portal... that could have some kind of support...

This is something known issue and faced by many users, where new PDI still redirecting to OLD PDI. and there is no support available so need to bear it like this only.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I have the same issue with my account in the ServiceNow developer portal.
No solution or workaround for a known issue after weeks is not a good performance. Even if there is basically no direct support for PDIs.
