Hello everyone,
I'm working with Virtual Agent and I have created scoped topics and NLU models.
In my dev environment, I can see the Developer tab which allows me to switch scopes. However, in the prod instance I don't see it. I have va_admin and nlu_admin roles in prod. I can make changes to VA topics, but when I go to my NLU models, I get: This record is in the ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations application, but Global is the current application. Change scope to edit this record.
What level of access do I need in the prod instance to be able to edit my NLU models?
Thanks.

HI @Raj64 ,
nlu_admin is the which you can use.
Assign an editor to review and update your Natural Language Understanding (NLU) model translations, vocabulary, and model structure. Reviewing ensures that your translated models perform as intended.
for this Assign the nlu_editor role to user
