Hello,
I am very grateful for the opportunity to start applying ServiceNow to benefit of the people I support.
The question I would like to ask regards developer vs. implementer roles. I had been led toward a role with ServiceNow referenced as "implementer."
I have been trying to understand how an implementer and different from a developer, but now, I see in this community there is no reference to the implementer role. Has that role been eliminated?

Both phases require thorough planning, testing, and collaboration among cross-functional teams, but implementation is more operational in nature, addressing deployment and user adoption, while development is more technical, focusing on coding and architecture.
Implementer Role
Implementers are visionaries who help organizations solve problems and meet business requirements using ServiceNow technology.
Developer Role
A ServiceNow developer is a software developer who specializes in working with the ServiceNow platform. They design, code, and troubleshoot applications. In addition to working on custom applications, ServiceNow developers may manage the platform and infrastructure.
