I need to install DEVO Alert Synchronizer from service now store in my company's instance and integrate and map some fields . But in store while trying to install getting the below error - "Our records show your instance and the app versions are not compatible. Please make sure your instance and the app versions are aligned.".
Please let me know how to install this app when the version of service now is not compatible.
