We installed Digital Portfolio Management Workspace and are currently evaluating it. We noticed an issue on the home page where the critical incident count in the solution cards on the home page does not appear to be correct. For example, the Network is showing 0 critical incidents but there is at least 1.
Drilling down on Networks, we see 1 incident showing in the needs attention section for critical incidents:
Any idea why the count on the home page would not be counting incidents marked as critical where the associated service is Network but count in needs attention is?

It can be because of filter selected. validate it once.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by 'validate it once'. Where/how to validate the filter?

The needs attention setting for critical incidents has both show on homepage and show on needs attention checked:
We also seem to be having the same issue with the count for Changes.

Is the issue is for Enterprise Portfolio or personal portfolio?
