We installed Digital Portfolio Management Workspace and are currently evaluating it. We noticed an issue on the home page where the critical incident count in the solution cards on the home page does not appear to be correct. For example, the Network is showing 0 critical incidents but there is at least 1.
Drilling down on Networks, we see 1 incident showing in the needs attention section for critical incidents:
Any idea why the count on the home page would not be counting incidents marked as critical where the associated service is Network but count in needs attention is?

The issue is on the homepage which displays services owned by the user by default. We haven't set up any portfolios.
I opened a case with Now Support on this. Waiting for their response.

Try unlocking the solution type , change it and see if it display correctly.

I unlocked critical incidents, removed application services and saved. This had no effect. The count for critical incidents on the solution cards is still zero but the needs attention section on the detail screen shows the correct number for critical incidents.
