Direct access to Servicenow Database

Hello,

Is there any possibility to direct JDBC access to Servicenow Instance Database? How to do that?

xmlstats.do result is like below:

<db.url>jdbc:postgresql://dbxxx.amsxxx.service-now.com:3338/mydb_1</db.url>"

I will create a user on the "mydb_1" database and run read-only tasks. Is it possible?

The ServiceNow DB is not available like that, you need to check with ServiceNow support team for such queations.
