disable auto assignment of tickets.

is there a way to disable the auto assignment of tickets?   It's causing problems and it's not something we are going to ever be able to use.

Auto-assignment to what, assignment group or assigned to?

This is for Security Incidents. When a security Incident is submitted it is auto assigned to a user. I want it assigned to the group with no user and allow the group to assign it to whoever they want.

You must have a business rule somewhere that's auto-assigning the security incident.   By default, tickets are not auto-assigned.
