Disable MRVS Popup Add Button

Is there a way to disable the Pop-up  Add button of an MRVS?
I want to disable it if Name is only 1 word.

Yes, but it requires client-side scripting — specifically using a Catalog Client Script and some DOM manipulation, because there's no built-in method to disable the MRVS Add button directly.

But DOM manipulation, which is not officially supported and can break with UI changes. It only works in the Service Portal if the DOM is consistent. For Workspace / Mobile, you'd need a different approach.

you cannot do this with any OOTB method

You can use DOM manipulation but it's not recommended practice.
