Disable search from columns within a reference field

Is it possible to disable search from columns when we click on look up of any reference fields ? (refer snapshot)
I do not want user to be able to search on the columns.

Omit filters on the list controls as below:

FYI: this would hide search and filters whereever you referenced Hardware (alm_hardware)
