Disable user input for Virtual Agent

I've been tasked with disabling the user input on Virtual Agent.

I would think that I would find something for that I would find under the Custom Greetings and Setup, I would think the "Model Type" field, but that's read-only even when making a new context profile.

I've searched the community for others that might have done this, is the below URL, but that can't be the only way to do this.
