Navigate to the survey and search and open for the Incident CSAT survey that you want to modify.
If the disclaimer is part of the survey's introduction or footer, it will typically be in the Introduction or Footer fields.
Scroll down to the Introduction and Footer sections.
Remove or edit the text containing the disclaimer.
