Has anyone attempted to Discovery Network Audio/Video equipment to create CI/Assets?

Do you have the manufacturer or make of the Audio/Video equipment. Plus is would be managed by a Server Class OS like, HPUX, Windows or any Linux distribution.



Maybe you can configure the credentials and open the necessary firewall ports and test it out.

There will be Crestron, Cisco, Sharp, JBL and other manufacturers.   I would like to have a Audio/Video class if it makes sense.       I am wondering if SN already has probes designed to Discover Audio/Video equipment?

I have built a CMDB and Change Management Module for a Global 2400+ Asset AV environment. Crestron, Extron, BSS, Cisco Telepresence, Polycom, Harris, AJA, Yes, It can be done.
