Discovery Status is stuck in the 'Starting ' state for Discovery Schedule

Quick Discovery is working but when I try to start a new Discovery Schedule it just sits in the "Starting" state.  I have tried rebooting the mid server to no avail.

Hello,

Please try to do the following things:

a) Validate that your MID Servers are up and running.

b) Validate that your MID Servers have the right configurations set to these (applications, capabilities, ip ranges, etc...)

c) Try discovering one single IP with different MID Servers to validate the above is also properly set for each MID Server

d) Validate how many active discovery schedules you have running at the same time and how busy these are.

e) Validate that the IPs that you're trying to discover are actually within the range of your MID Servers.

f) If nothing appears to be working... Installing a new MID Server is always a good option (instead of spending endless time troubleshooting other MID Server installations that failed to work)

Kindly let me know if this resolves your issue.

Thanks
