Hi @anjalipriya, answer is E. Policies define what actions should be executed on the target Configuration Item (CI). To run osquery commands on a CI, you must configure a policy that includes the necessary queries and execution rules.
Policies define which queries or scripts run on an endpoint. They control the execution of osquery commands on CIs.

Hello @anjalipriya
Checks and Policies Both seem correct here. Most specific to generic.
To run osquery commands on a Configuration Item (CI) using ServiceNow's Agent Client Collector (ACC), you need to configure a Check. A Check defines specific tasks or queries that the ACC executes on target devices. In this case, the Check would be set up to run osquery commands on the CI.
Answer: C. Check

I'm confused between Check and Policies. Can someone please help me with the correct answer and to understand with any example as to why it's the correct answer?
