Display choice label in list field instead of choice value?

I tried searching for an answer to this question but couldn't find a forum topic on the subject, so I apologize if this already has been addressed elsewhere.

On a table I have a list-type field with five predefined choices. When viewed on a form the choices added to the list show up as values instead of labels. Is there any way to have the choice labels display instead of the choice values?

Interesting those valid values.   So if you choose a value from the choice popup, all you get is the value?   I am wondering if the issue is the fact that your labels are quite long, especially the "active" one.   Try shortening it to see if that fixes it.

I don't think that is the issue. It does that for other, similar fields as well.

Something just occurred to me... this is a list type field.   What is the reference table set on that field?

Is this happening to all choice fields?   Or just to list type that you have set to a choice selection?

What table is it referencing. That is the key here.
