Distribution list to assignment groups

Generally we get notifications to member of assignment groups whenever new ticket is assigned to the group . How can we add distribution list to the assignment groups in ServiceNow .can anyone help with this

Try adding the DL email address in the respective group email field in Servicenow, this way the notification will be sent to the DL.

You can add only 1 email address.

A very easy way to resolve this is to add the Distribution List email address to the 'Group email' field of the Group.
