I haven't configured SMS notifications in years and I can't get one to trigger that the only audience are consumer users.
I have a device set up for this user for SMS and it has my number in format ###-###-#### for Tmobile (which is my carrier). The event for the notification is triggering every time and I have the Send To based on a custom u_consumer field we have on the WOT.
The notification is text only and I have text it the SMS text box.
UPDATE: I have NOT gone in and set this user's notification preferences for SMS because I don't know how to. When I impersonate the consumer user they don't see that as an option in their notification settings.
Are there any steps I am missing to get this to work?
