Do we have any OOB region table in ServiceNow

As per my knowledge its the Location table itself that should be used.

However, could see there are 2 additional tables

cloud_mgmt_region

sn_bm_client_region

in my PDI but not sure about the purpose as it has no data.

Follow link & replace instance name in URL with your instance name & check.

Can you confirm what is the business use case.

We also have an aws_region and azure_region.  One way to see what you have is to query the tables for a name containing 'region'.
