Does ServiceNow Portal will upgrade to - React JS or Angular14

What does a learning with the knowledge of SN Scripting and backend configuration needs to upskill for the frontend.

Either Angular JS (or)  Angular 14+ (or) Reach JS (or) Nothing

 

At present for the ServiceNow portal configuration the angular JS is being used and since the concepts are outdated will there be a replacement within ServiceNow portals from Angular JS to anyone  Angular JS (or)  Angular 14+ (or) Reach JS

I am not aware of such plans for the foreseeable future.
