Hi All,
I am working on an integration where the attachment from the third party will be stored in filenet and fileid will be shared to us as payload. Please help me with the steps on how to setup the configuration in servicenow to access the filenet and download the attachment and attach the downloaded file to the record.
Regards,
Swetha Guligari

so what did you start with the integration setup.
We don't know the details so we can't help.
You will have to discuss with the API team on the credentials, endpoint and if it's REST or SOAP

@Ankur Bawiskar Thanks for your response. Filenet is a document repository from which we have to download the file and attach to the record. Wanted to understand do we have any spoke or OOTB API which can be used to do so.

There is this Spoke, see if it's the same and it supports IBM FileNet repository
It's a store app and will require paid subscription
