Hello Team,

We have requirement that "Document" is a drop down variable on the service catalog if you select the 'yes' in that variable we need to show the document link type or name. If you click on that link document should be downloaded(Business has given the word doc) and user will fill the data and attach this doc in the attachment and submit the catalog can anyone suggest how to achieve this kindly help us in scripting or any other best salutation

Steps to achieve

1) add that file to your catalog item

2) create variable of type HTML and include the link to sys_attachment there

3) then show/hide this variable based on the drop down value
