Hi Team,
we have a requirement where once the HR case is submitted, user can download the the form submitted in esc portal to view the fields answers and needed for future works .How can we create the ui action to download the form submitted in esc portal and because i am not aware of how can we add one more action in below screenshot in more actions to download the form submitted.
If anyone has any idea please help me out of this.
