dropdown value not setting post saving record

Hi All,

 

 I am facing an issue where option is not setting post saving the record, in xml record it is showing but in ui view it is setting as none,

there running ui policy where on loading the form it should set the field as none, if i am explicitly checking if record is not new then it is setting next option in ui not the backend selected one.

any screenshot shot mate , bcz clear means the value get cleared if the condition not matched.

No,i am setting explicitly in ui policy to have as none

what's your requirement and what did you configure for this?

i configured ui policy where it will clear options and add few options for field "type "based format field, which is working fine. 

Now, for saved record also, it is clearing options but instead of showing the selected value while submitting. The thing is in xml record i can see the value that is selected while submitting record only in ui it is clearing and setting as none as per ui policy
