Due Date Calculations?

Does anyone know where this due date is getting the calculations from?   I've looked at the business rules and don't see anything.

Check the Workflow first if not then After BR is running on Request Item table.

It looks like it's coming from the Workflow.   Is there anyway to disabled that schedule in the workflow?

Also the requested item and task both have different due dates.
