Due Date Calculations?

Does anyone know where this due date is getting the calculations from?   I've looked at the business rules and don't see anything.

It should be

Ex: A requtested item have 4 days SLA

Task-1 have 1 day

Task-2 have 1 day

Task-3 have 1 day

Task-4 have 1 day
