duplicate survey records created

Hi Team , 

 

Please help me here how to sort it out this duplicate issue 

 

As you can see in the below for incident's there were two survey records getting generating , which is wrong .

and user also receiving two times emails .  this is because of duplicate of survey record.

This is my survey configuration . Please help me here how to fix this issue .

hi @nameisnani do check the below it can be helpful
You have to check the workflow associated with incident creation to see if there are multiple triggers that might be generating surveys unintentionally, also examine any business rules related to incident surveys to identify potential conflicts or redundancies (Maybe one rule says to create a record when an incident is opened, and another says the same when it's closed. That's a conflict).
In Email configurations, verify that email notifications for surveys are configured correctly and not sending duplicates

Please change your trigger condition to Incident State changes to Closed and please test.

Hi @nameisnani , as per my understanding there are two surveys which are getting triggered that is the reason it sent two surveys. Please verify the surveys and check changing the triggering condition for the survey. is it matching with any other survey or not.
