Hello Team:
I'm not finding a lot about how to create a Dynamic Recipient List for Major Incident.
What I'd like to do is use the Configuration Item associated to the Incident ticket, and include the members from any of the Groups listed on the CI record. E.G. Support Group, Managed by Group, etc.
Has anyone done this and can share their code?

Unfortunately, no. Due to other company priorities, it was decided that our organization was not at a point to pursue Major Incident at this time, so i haven't pursued anything further. I do want to know how to do this and will revisit this post again. Keep me informed if you find something or link a solution here.
Thanks for following up.

on the Communication Plan Definition, go to Communication Contact Definitions related tab, click on New, Type = Recipient List, select from the Recipient List what you want => CI Approval Group Change Request, CI Owners, CI Support Groups
Those Recipient List are based on script and are predefined in Zurich, you can create new script if you want something different.
This is based on Zurich, not sure other releases.
