Dynamically increase or decrease Rows of Multi Row Variable set based on catalog variable

Hi,

i have a requirement to dynamically increase or decrease the rows of a MRVS based on the quantity catalog variable, without clicking on the Add button of MRVS,

is this possible, if yes can anyone provide me the steps to fulfil the requirements
