I have been asked to look into the ways we can integrate ServiceNow with Dynatrace.
Our teams want the problem in dynatrace to create an incident in ServiceNow, and then when the incident is resolved in ServiceNow it updates/closes the problem in Dynatrace.
My question is do you require servicenows ITOM modules in order for this to work, or is there ways to integrate without this?
Thanks
Sam

In answer to the above, having not downloaded anything from the store previously I hadn't realised it checks the version of you instances before allowing you to download.

Hi All,
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
We DO NOT currently have the ServiceNow ITOM module in our instance. If we download the dyntrace app without enabling the ITOM module am I right in thinking that we can still use some of the functionality - i.e. auto creation of incidents in servicenow from problem notifications in dynatrace?
We just won't get the functionality of the event creations, cmdb population or the health style dashboards
Thanks
Sam

Hi all,
Been having a further look at this and from the store and the setup guide it looks like we could utilize the dyntrace problem to servicenow incident integration.
The app says it is compatible from Istanbul.
The computability does this mean it has been tested in these versions so if you attempted integration on an older version it may work but that is our risk, or would it not work at all on an older version of SN?
Thanks
