E-signature not visible in the Doc.

Used E-signature template and HR Task but there is not signature in the doc. Is the e-signature application just for verification or it add signature to the doc.

Hi @Anmol Soldier 

 

E-signature Task won't add signature on document. It is just for Verification and confirmation and the E-sign will be stored on Activities of Task I guess.

 

To add Signature on Document, you need to update Document Version accordingly.

Hi @Anmol Soldier ,

In serviceNow which we get as part of template for signature it's treated as "Acknowledgement" not really a digital signature. For an valid digital signature you must integrate with third party tools like Docusign or Adobe.
