How to show REQ, RITM and TASK details associated with the request submitted by a user on EC portal for both ITIL and end users?

Thank you Atul.

We are trying to solve below issue - "EC Portal - Users are NOT able to see the status / assignee of their request". How i can work on this if we should not expose task details to end users.

 

Hi @Nikita50 

Out of the box (OOTB), an end user can see only a limited amount of information. Displaying more than that is not advisable, as it may cause issues for the fulfiller teams. The focus should be educating users about how the system is designed and functions rather than unnecessarily modifying it.
