I found this whilst looking for a different issue. may be of use to this issue

KB0727028

When running Outbound REST or SOAP Message integrations via a MID Server, the ECC Queue input may be set as:

  • State = Error
  • Error String = No sensors defined

This applies to the scripting API and also applies to the messages created by the 'Test' related link on REST or SOAP Message method definition forms.

Note: This also potentially applies to other integrations probes using the MID Server. If this error is seen from Discovery, then please refer to KB0547844KB0717362 and others.

Hi Harshal,

Our company has been seeing this issue lately. Were you ever able to find a fix?

Hi Rony,

You could create a sensor(BR - check SN guide how you can do that) which will process ecc queue ready state.

BTW we also contacted SN through hi-ticket and their mid server architecture diagram says state does not matter though its looking like record not getting processed but in actual background is get processed and does his work which it should do with stopping anything.

Other thing which I could suggest is install and configure new mid server if possible (last way you could try - the client for which i was trying their keys(mid server configuration steps) where not matching properly because he reinstalled mid-server and problem happened )

Yeah that the same answer I got from Support. The calls are actually processing so I am going to create that new BR. Do you happen to have a link to the SN guide you mentioned?
