Edit button for custom related lists is not available so is there any workaround?

I have created few relationships and added them as related lists on outage form. But edit option is not available and 'omit edit button' is true and grayed out for admins as well OOB. So is there any alternative for this ? can you please suggest

Hi,
for defined relationship it doesn't show Edit button and is known behavior.
Since defined relationship has custom query so system won't know what/which relationship you are editing.
That's the reason even if you try to Configure List Control and see the Omit Edit button is greyed out.
This KB mentions the same
The New or Edit button does not appear on a one-to-many related list
This is the ACL which restricts that. You can discuss with your customer and accordingly update it

I am facing the same problem but for me edit button is false and greyed out still I am not getting edit button.
