Editing UI Page

Hi Folk,

This is a UI page that isn't visible from the normal list of UI pages. Some of them would be interesting to tweak, or maybe duplicate and tweak. But I can't find them. Is there a different way to access this page ?.

I will also like to have some idea about this pages. We should have some code snippets which can't be editable but we should just understand the architecture of it.

Some of the pages start with $ is not accessible to us and all the pages end with .do are not accessible too.
