Eliminate tags

Hi experts,

Users requested to remove tags [label_list] used on HR cases.

Please guide me what is the best practice

1.Shall we(admins) make the tags inactive in prod or

2.Ask the individual users to delete their tags using selfservice>Mytags

Hi @Community Alums 

 

It is admin activity but t make sure admin not delete required tags, so better allow teh tag creator to delete the unwanted tags.
