Hi, I need to create a new configuration. · From email address: integration.support.com

· Subject line for integration: “SMPI – <process name> – PROD”

About Examples:

§ “SMPI – InvoiceDownload – PROD”

§ “SMPI – SupplierCreation – PROD”

§ “SMPI – OnBoarding – PROD”

Routing key = “SMPI”

o Routing key will be a partial match on the subject line of the incoming email.

· TechCentral group to be assigned = L3 - Applications

New Service Assigned = “SMPI”

where to create something like this?

You should use "Inbound Email Actions" to achieve the criteria.
