Email body can't be attached to work notes/description using flow designer

I am creating a flow where through email an HR case be created. Although case getting created, subject and other mappings are working fine except email body. Tried to map email body with work notes or description but nothing is coming there, its blank. Here is the logic. What to do?

Hello @Apaul 

As I said earlier try to recreate new flow or you can remove existing mapping save flow and again add mapping and see if it works.
