Email client is not visible on form

Hi All,

Even after enabling email client I'm not able to view it on form.

Hi,



Are you creating a new ticket (screenshot has submit button)?



The email client is visible and usable when you modify a ticket.

Do a cache.do refresh and see if that helps.

The issue looks more like you can't see the More Options menu.   It might not be specifically related to the Email Client.   You should still be able to see this menu so you can toggle the Template Bar, toggle Annotation, and use Tags.

        If you check the screen shot I posted I don't see any options hidden.
