Email Client Template for MIM Communication plan

Hi all,

 

I am creating a email template for the MIM communication plans and wish to auto populate some of the content of the mail..

 

so far I have I have number, when incident started and person its assigned too...

But I want to extra the Duration time and list of Impacted Services,  and so far i am unable to find the correct reference to use..

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
