Email coming from other Servicenow instance

Hi,

I need to create an Incident when emails are received from another ServiceNow instance.

The other ServiceNow instance is already sending emails, but they are not being received in our instance.
What should I check to ensure the emails are successfully received in our instance?

Hi @Xhare,

Have you checked the SN instance Inbound Email configuration is enabled?

Yes, email receiving is enabled in our instance and able to received some emails coming from other user, but not in other Servicenow instance.

Upon checking the email was received but it was stored on System Mailboxes > Junk .

How to allow email coming from sample Servicenow instance : sampleInstance@service-now.com

Add your domain here like "service-now.com".
