Email Composer in HR Agent Workspace overwritting "From" value

Hey guys, I have a problem with Email Composer on Agent Workspace for HR Case Management. 

We were using Email Composer on Classic UI without any problems for some time and just recently we moved some of ours COE's to Workspace where we discovered weird and annoing issue.

 

Our Email Composer is using predefined Email Client Template, as in Classic UI, but for some reason after using it to Compose Email and after sending that email it is overwritting the value in From field. 

On the Classic UI "From" Value is always taken from the Assignment Group and we are using javascript to trigger Script Include which returns string with the correct email address. I confirmed several times that when we compose email from HR Workspace the same Script Include is triggered and the same value is returned but anyhow after sending it From is always pointing out to the Opened By email not to the Assignment Group. 

It's frustriating even more because just last week I was implementing new solution in our Email Client Templates and I can clearly see effect of that implementation in the Email Composer. So it's 110% confirmed that even on HR Workspace correct template is used to build email. But this one field don't want to cooperate. 

Anybody had similar problem?
