Email Digest not working for multiple records

Hi,
We have a requirement that when multiple records are created and assigned to same Assignment group then all email should be summarized in one email.
I went through email digest, and was trying to figure out how it works, I gave an interval of an hour and also enabled , email digest from notification preferences for the person who should have received the mail , but I am still unable to see the any digests in the email logs.
But if Multiple emails triggered for one particular record, then Email Digest is triggering notification for all changes to that particular record (Recieving Email digest for particular record , but not for multiple records)
What could be the issue?
Will email digest works for multiple Records? it works for a record but I just wanted to try it.
Is there any other way to summarize mails for a table ?

Hi @wefw ,
For Digest to work, please make sure to follow below points.
1. Allow digest check box needs to be checked in the notification.
2. The user in the Who will receive tab will receive the digest after they enable digest in their notification preferences for any notification.
3. Once email digest is working we could see the data in sys_email_digest_part_user table.
4. The email digest job will run for every 15 Minutes and picks the data totally and sends to users instead of sending in individual emails.

Hi Sandeep,
I have enabled Digest in notification and for user also, But he is recieving Digest Email for only a particular record. But he is not recieving for Multiple records.
For Example, if there are 4 to 5 records that are creared in an interval and assigned to a Same person or group, then based on Email diget only one digest email need to recieve by that user.
But here that email digest is not working for multiple records.
If, A particular record is assigned to user, and we updated that same record couple of times in a given interval then Email digest is working for that particular record

@wefw This seems to be an idea that keeps popping up at different customers, but so far nothing has been implemented. Previous Ideas in the Idea Portal were rejected as not many customers voted it up,
There is a newer, active Idea on the Idea Portal, perhaps you could upvote it?
