Hi Experts,
I have a question regarding how ServiceNow handles email domain matching, specifically in domain filters.
Are email domains treated as case-sensitive or case-insensitive in ServiceNow? For example:
@Example.com
@Example.com
Will ServiceNow treat these as the same domain, or as different entries?
I want to understand if it is necessary to explicitly register both uppercase and lowercase variants of a domain in filters/configurations, or if a single entry (preferably lowercase) is sufficient.
Any insights or best practices on handling email case normalization in ServiceNow would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, that's correct.
