Email Domain Case Sensitivity in ServiceNow Domain Filters (@example.com vs @Example.com)

Hi Experts,
I have a question regarding how ServiceNow handles email domain matching, specifically in domain filters.
Are email domains treated as case-sensitive or case-insensitive in ServiceNow? For example:

@Example.com

@Example.com

Will ServiceNow treat these as the same domain, or as different entries?
I want to understand if it is necessary to explicitly register both uppercase and lowercase variants of a domain in filters/configurations, or if a single entry (preferably lowercase) is sufficient.
Any insights or best practices on handling email case normalization in ServiceNow would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Ashish,

It will be considered one, irrespective.

Does it mean that it is case insensitive ?

Yes, that's correct.

Do you have any document to support this ?
