Email Error String: Email contains no recipients, send ignored

I have a few users who use the Compose Email function to communicate prepared responses using templates.

On occasions after sending an update they notice that there is no update to the ticket or any reference in the ticket to the email just sent.

 

On Reviewing the logs, I have been finding the error message: "Email contains no recipients, send ignored".

This seems odd as both users have confirmed that they receive a pop message to warn them when a recipient is not

set in the To: field. 

 

System Logs don't appear to indicate anything further. 

Just wondering if anybody else has come across this issue.

Hi @Stef Kopczyk ,
I had faced a similar error before where few of the preconfigured emails were not getting send and the email logs gave error "send-ignored". It was because the instance mail ID was blacklisted by the recipient and therefore the emails were not reaching them or getting blocked. 
Please verify if this is case.
