Email is not being sent to group email

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where an notification needs to be triggered to group email instead of members in the group.

The specific group as "Include members" as unchecked but still notification is being sent individually to the members in the group instead of group email.

could someone help how notifications needs to be triggered for group email

plz make ensure the below points only bcz I also tried the same but I am getting the results as expected :

> check group's field is populated.

> Ensure only one Notification record is firing

> Verify Groups are added via the Groups related list, not a script resolving to group.getMembers()
