Email notification Dynamic Content English/French Translation

Hi,

The dynamic content in the subject line does work, and when I am previewing the notification, it shows the correct dynamic content in both English and French.

However when I test the email notification by triggering an email notification, the ${hr_service} does not show the french translation. I am not too sure why this is the case. 

Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Does the user, which was used as the recipient for the email notification test, has "French" configured in his profile?
