Email Notification is Not triggering to 1 User

I have user who is not getting any Email notification when the Incident is assigned or created.
I checked the email logs and nothing is shown on user name but the email notification are going to users who belong to same team.
Please help how to trouble shoot

Hello Karthik,
Have you check whether he's email ID is configured on User Profile or not?
If yes then his email ID is valid or not.

Hi Karthik,
In this case what you can do is, remove his email id from his profile
user administration --> users --> find the user and remove his email id and save it..
now again re-enter his email id and update his profile..
If this doesn't work then you have to check with email exchange team regarding this.. because this issue is facing by only by 1 user not by group of users..

Hi Karthik,
You can remove his email id from the user profile record and re-enter the email id of some one else of the other group / same group and see whether the email is triggered to the updated profile email
If this works then the problem is with the email id of the user
